How long do these changes last, if they were even accepted at all?

And I am humbled and deeply moved to have concluded my first 1:1 coaching series yesterday and to have seen this man become more present, lively, alert, and aware, taking on full form of his being, forming his goals, facing his fears, taking on his obstacles, and move on in great lengths. If 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡 would come tomorrow I would say I have done great. I am proud of myself. 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞. and it always 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 »𝐦𝐞«, that is, 𝙮𝙤𝙪 dear reader. bless you, bless your life and the path you’re on. you’re always welcome to 𝐣𝐮𝐦𝐩 𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐞 and let me coach you for a while, dear traveler. love and gratitude.
