Also learn to become more equipped in handling stresses, blockages in the body, racing thoughts and emotions while connecting to likeminded men on this journey towards yourself.

Week 2: Embracing Stillness
Week 3: Deepening Relaxation
Week 4: Cultivating Inner Peace
The 60 min sessions will begin with Breathwork, wich will flow into a Yin practice and end with Meditation leaving room for questions and sharings
